SFNY is a bi-coastal event that connects local independent artists, musicians, and businesses through select themes that highlight the cultural ties between San Francisco and New York. Established in 2009, this Sunday daytime affair brings together San Francisco’s renowned DJ trio KM/FM (King Most/Freddy & Marky) with some of New York’s most distinguished selectors in venues that distinctively represent each city. Past events have been held on the rooftops of some of NYC’s most iconic designer hotels such as The Hotel on Rivington and the Thompson LES, with each event drawing more than 600 of New York’s best.

The fourth and most recent SFNY “Yacht Club” took place this past Memorial Day weekend aboard the Fume Blanc Commodore Yacht, a magnificent three-deck replica of a New York State Hudson River Steamboat. Adopting a nautical theme to commemorate the first ever America’s Cup race in San Francisco, KM/FM along with Guillermo (Sweater Funk), Ge-ology (I Love Vinyl), and DJ mOma (Good Spot) led 450 party-goers on a breathtaking 3-hour cruise around the San Francisco Bay.

This autumn in New York, jazz cats and fine felines will gather from coast to coast at the world famous SFNY Social Club. From early afternoon into the wee hours of a lovely Sunday eve, they’ll mingle and socialize, dressed to the nines, enjoying the finest cocktails and comparing notes with society’s soulful elite. They might even cut a rug or two whilst listening to the musical stylings of the Club’s most discerning of disc jockeys…Join us!
